About Us

This pedigree offers us more than 50 years of experience and background in the construction industry, including the nuclear, commercial, industrial, institutional, and governmental sectors. From this extensive experience, we are able to provide the highest quality in process piping, high purity piping systems, and complete mechanical installations. We also have a fabrication shop with over 60,000 square feet of space, complete with the latest tools that allow us to fabricate sheet metal and piping systems for all quality levels up to NQA-1.

At H-Y Tech and Yearout Industrial, we are proud to have developed and implemented an NQA-1 program that conforms to the criteria established in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations 10 CFR, Appendix B. NQA-1 is a quality standard approved by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) which provides requirements and guidelines for the

establishment and execution of Quality Assurance Programs (QAP) during design, construction, operation, and decommission of nuclear facilities. Over the past 7 years, H-Y Tech has utilized our NQA-1 Quality Assurance Program to complete hundreds of projects that fall under the NRC requirements. H-Y Tech works constantly to improve our quality and dedication to each project, from bid to close-out.
